My family has been part of the Binghamton community for almost 100 years. I grew up here, I serve here as a firefighter, and I’ve spent years as a licensed funeral director, sitting with families during some of the hardest moments of their lives. That experience doesn’t leave you. It shapes how you treat people.
I started Clarity because I kept seeing the same thing: good people getting overwhelmed by complicated packages, hidden fees, and pressure they didn’t deserve, on the worst day of their year. That never sat right with me.
